Welcome to Queensbury School
Central Registration
All children entering
the Queensbury School District are registered at the Central
Administration building located behind the Elementary School.
You do not go to the building your child is entering to
register
that
child.
At
the time
of registration, Children attending the Middle School and High
School will be given an appointment with a guidance counselor
in those buildings to develop a schedule.
To Register:
1.
Call (518) 824-5608 to schedule an appointment with the registrar.
2. Make
the registration process go faster by downloading the forms
listed below and filling them out ahead of time. Please bring
the following items with you when you register:
• Your child's birth certificate
• Immunization records & recent
physical
information (required
to
finalize registration)
• Latest report card if your child has been enrolled in school
• Proof of residency that show student's physical address
• Custody papers (where applicable)
• Foster care letter (where applicable)
• IEP (if applicable)
