Principal's Corner
Happy Holidays from QHS! The month of December has quickly flown by. All of our students and staff have been working very hard as we eagerly await a well-deserved vacation. We have hosted several recognition activities over the last few weeks to congratulate our students for their recent accomplishments. On Friday, 12/7 172 (52%) Freshman were recognized at the Breakfast of Champions for earning 1st quarter Honor Roll or Principal's List. We also recognized 14 students at a breakfast on 12/6 for the Student of the Quarter. Pictures of these students will remain in the main lobby for the next ten weeks.

Five-Week Student Progress Reports will be mailed home to parents on Friday, December 21st. Contact your teacher or counselor with any questions or concerns.
Spartans Athletic News
This fall, 9 out of 10 of our varisty sports teams earned NYS Scholar-Athlete recognition for maintaining a collective GPA of 90% or higher. Great job student/athletes!
Congratulations Cross Country Runners! For the third year in a row, the boys cross country team won the NYS Public High School Championships.
All of our fall athletes did an outstanding job representing QHS and the Queensbury community. Good luck to our winter sports season athletes!
