Mr. Orr is a graduate of Saratoga Springs High School and completed his undergraduate work at Siena College prior to earning a Master's degree at Sage Graduate School.

Mr. Orr is employed as a high school English teacher, serves as the boys' junior varsity lacrosse coach, and varsity assistant football coach.

Mr. Orr is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and The National Council of Teachers of English.
