The WHBI has partnered with the Queensbury Parks and Recreation Department to provide new and exciting afterschool activities for our students.

Check out what the new Parks and Recreation Club at WHBI has to offer you! On Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, students will participate in a wide array of active and passive, as well as indoor and outdoor games, activities and educational opportunities. No matter your interests or abilities, the Parks & Rec Club offers something for everyone! A great way to GET INVOLVED!

All activities will take place from 2:45-4:20pm (please see schedule below). Some of our activities will be taking place outdoors so please remember to wear warm clothes and appropriate footwear for outside play!

Note: A trained, professional Parks & Recreation staff, along with high school volunteers will lead all activities. Daily afternoon snacks will be provided.

TRANSPORTATION:
Students have the option of riding the 4:20 bus. The 4:20 bus may drop your child off at a different location than their normal bus. Please contact the transportation department at 824-5617 for exact drop off locations. Students not riding the 4:20 bus must be picked up promptly.
