The Strategic Planning Core Team met on April 28, 2009 to update the plan. Thirty-four people attended including community members, students, parents, teachers, administrators and board of education members. The Core Team acknowledged the need for our plan to move forward in such a way as to demonstrate growth and movement toward our mission. The Core Team adopted measurable targets that relate to each of the three strategic objectives.

Last year the Strategic Planning Committee asked students to submit designs for a logo that depicted the district mission statement. The committee reviewed entries from students at all grade levels and chose this design by Shriya Nevatia, a QHS student. All of the designs have been incorporated into posters that are displayed around the district.
