Queensbury UFSD Technology FAQs

We are pleased to present this site to the staff members at Queensbury UFSD. We hope you will be able to use this site as a "first line of defense" for difficulties that you might be experiencing with your computer and associated peripherals.

The FAQ site is broken down into various categories that have been listed on the left side of the page. If your question relates to one of those categories, you click on the name and view the questions listed for that category.

If you are unsure what category your questions falls under, you can use the search field below the category list. Enter a few keywords for your question and click the "Go" button to see your results.

Once you have found the question, click on it to view the answer to your question. In most answers, a step-by-step instruction is given as a response. In some cases, screenshots have been included. If you see the phrase "WATCH MOVIE CLIP" below one of the answers, you can click on it to view a brief demonstration of the step-by-step instructions.

We will constantly be adding new questions. However, if you don't see a question you are looking for, you can submit a question, by clicking on the "Ask a Question" link.
