Dear QHS Parent/Guardian:
I am writing to request your participation in an important on-line survey about the new block schedule that is currently in use at Queensbury High School. For the past several years, the High School Alternative Scheduling Committee has been working very hard in the research, development, professional training and implementation of the block schedule that was new to our high school this year. An important step in the evaluation of the new schedule is the collection of feedback from our parents, students and staff about the effectiveness of our new schedule.
The on-line survey will be open from Monday, March 24th until Friday, March 28th and can be accessed from the high school website for all parents to provide us with feedback about the new block schedule. The Alternative Scheduling Committee is tracking several performance indicators that will provide our team with data to indicate if we are achieving our intended outcomes and scheduling goals.
This brief survey will take only a few minutes to complete and you can access it on-line from any computer that is connected to the internet. For those who may not have access to the internet, hard copies of the survey will be available in the high school main office during the week. This survey is completely anonymous and your participation is greatly appreciated.
