Hello All! My name is Eliane Hack, and I'm very excited to work as a school psychologist for grades kindergarten through second here at QES.
My office is between the third grade hallway and the pre-first classrooms, so I have some wonderful neighbors down this way! I can usually be found breezing back and forth down our main hallway, as I try to be in as many places as I can during the school day. Some have suggested that I invest in a pair of rollerskates.
I'm a graduate of the Masters in School Psychology program at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. I have had experience working in diverse districts in Dutchess, Ulster, and Westchester counties at various age and grade levels before finding my dream school here in Queensbury. It's a fantastic place to work, not only with a dedicated staff, but a caring community, supportive parents, and (best of all) phenomenal children!
I love baseball, animals, traveling, and food (eating, not necessarily cooking). My psychology-related interests are in positive psychology, solution-focused thinking, and working to make children with abilities, disabilities, and learning differences all feel successful and supported in school. I'm here to help!
