FACTS AND FIGURES

At Queensbury Elementary School, we pride ourselves on maintaining reasonable class sizes. Our building of approximately 1,150 K-3 students currently houses 54 classes of students. We have 12 sections at each grade level, as well as one special education classroom per grade level. Our school proudly offers a full day kindergarten program and has done so for many years. QES also has two Pre-1st grade classrooms. 

Some other interesting facts:

We have three computer labs available to our students.

The district swimming pool is located in our building.

Our school gym is a full sized gym with a climbing wall.

We have an awesome playground that was built with a great deal of community involvement.

We have a very active PTSA that provides many great programs for our students.

We have a beautiful media center that we are very proud of.
