Dear QUFSD community,
This spring, both the federal government and New York state released requirements for school districts that are receiving funds through the Coronavirus Relief and Response Act (CRRSA) and American Rescue Plan Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ARP-ESSER).
The district is actively working on its draft ARP-ESSER plan, which will be posted to the district website by July 1, 2021. ARP Funding was discussed at the June 14 Board of Education meeting. Learn more about how our funds may be used at QUFSD here.
ARP funds require a district-wide engagement process. The district is committed to providing our school community (this includes students in grades 4-12, parents/guardians, and staff members) an opportunity to provide input on how to best use these one-time funds to support our district initiatives and to address impacts that the pandemic has had on our school district.
Your input is valuable and very important to this process. Please complete this survey by 5 p.m. on Friday, June 18.
