The regular meeting of the Queensbury School Board of Education was held on September 14, 2020 in the High School Queensbury Room.

Call to order

President Mannix called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

The Pledge to the Flag was led by President Mannix.

Motion to approve the surplus and disposal through auction or recycling of QMS Nautilus and miscellaneous exercise equipment.

Motion to approve the Child Nutrition Consultation Proposal submitted by HMB Consultants for services related to the development of Food Specifications for the Child Nutrition Program Bid for the 2020-2021 school year.

Motion to authorize the extension of liability and casualty insurance services with Utica National Insurance (Amsure) for one year through 6/30/21.

Motion to approve the agreement with Queensbury Union Free School District and Melmark, Inc. to provide educational and residential services to a student who resides in the Queensbury School District, effective for the 2020-2021 school year.

Motion to approve an agreement with Northern Rivers to provide behavioral health services for two students who reside in the Queensbury School District, effective for the 2020-2021 school year.

Motion to approve the agreement between the Queensbury Union Free School District and CDB Connections to provide educational services to students who live in the Queensbury School District, effective for the Summer of 2020 and the 2020-2021 school year.

Motion to approve the agreement with Linstar to provide services and equipment for the badge pass management system effective for the 2020-2021.
