First week of QUFSD’s Summer Academy a blast!

This past week, everyone had a great first week of Summer Enrichment at the WHBI. Our Music Camp students were busy learning rhythms and practicing their drumming skills. Our ‘Swamp Stomp’ students were able to collect specimens with Mrs. Donnelly at Rush Pond and examine them under microscopes.  Our ‘Dino-Mite’ leaders had fun learning about dinosaurs with Mrs. Clay and were able to create some fun projects.  In Mrs. Reppenhagen’s ‘Animals Big and Small’ Camp they created a large bear outside their classroom door and even got to explore the Q-Munity Bus. Everyone had a great week!
