Glens Falls attorney Tucker Stanclift visited Queensbury High School on Wednesday, Oct. 25 to talk to students in Kelly Montanye’s criminal/personal law classes.
Stanclift, who specializes in criminal defense, provided an overview of the New York State criminal justice system, explained the purpose of the judicial branch, and discussed the importance and role of a criminal defense attorney.
“He used several movie clips from classic law movies to show us the inner workings of the court system and what it’s really like to be a lawyer,” Montanye said. “Several students stayed after the lecture to pepper Mr. Stanclift with more questions about the legal system.”
Stanclift’s son Carter is a member of the class.
