This year, QES adopted 36 children from 13 Queensbury families through the Family Service Association of Glens Falls! Each family is provided with gifts, fixings for a holiday meal and a gift card to Hannaford. Eleven classes shopped/adopted and/or did a food drive and several staff members adopted families on their own. Additional staff helped coordinate delivery to Family Services. From fundraising, shopping, wrapping and delivery, Adopt-a-Family is a QES tradition that both students and staff look forward to each year!
