Teams Blue, Gold coming to all Middle School grades in 2018-19

June 18, 2018; reposted July 10, 2018

Queensbury Middle School will continue consolidating its grade-level teams next fall. The process began with the consolidation of sixth-grade teams in 2017-18, moving from three teaching teams down to two. In 2018-19, all students in grades 6-8 will join one of two teams inspired by the school colors: Team Blue and Team Gold.

"This team consolidation will better align our staffing with student enrollment, and it also will allow us to provide students with new learning opportunities during the upcoming school year," said Principal Michael Brannigan.

The names of team teachers for all three grade levels are listed below.

During a middle school programming information night in May, school leaders discussed the ongoing team consolidation. View their presentation online, and watch a video with more details.
