The Summer Extras class Life Skills 101 had some visitors during July.
Taylor Suprenant, the owner and operator of Flour Child Bakery in Glens Falls, visited on July 18 and talked with middle school students about how she turned her hobby into a thriving business at the age of 22.
Members of the Queensbury EMS spoke to the students about careers in the medical field, volunteering, being first responders, helping their 
community and classes that would be needed to become an EMT. Students also toured an ambulance and saw some of the life saving equipment the EMTs use.
