WHBI strives to have all students involved in a club or activity, either in or outside of school. Below are a variety of offerings so parents can encourage their children to get involved. To learn more about WHBI’s clubs, please contact your child’s counselor.
Some club advisors have set up websites for their clubs, which are linked below.
Barton’s Book Club
Barton’s Book Club is helping build a community of readers at William H. Barton Intermediate School and anyone can grab a book to join in the fun!
In Barton’s Book Club, students and school staff all read the same book during a set time period. After their shared reading experience, they participate in group discussions, collaborative activities and reflection exercises inspired by the assigned book. Parents/guardians are encouraged to read along with their child and share in the excitement.
