Queensbury Union Free School District will once again offer the free Parents as Partners webinar series, which provides families, caregivers and staff access to live Zoom presentations about topics related to school, learning and overall wellness.

Dr. Jennifer L. Bashant, founder of Building Better Futures, LLC, is an educational consultant, motivational speaker and author with the mission to provide evidence-based strategies to reduce challenging behavior in the classroom and create a positive impact on learning.

The 2025-26 Parents as Partners webinar series offers families and caregivers across participating districts 10 free, live Zoom sessions designed to support parenting at all stages.

Covering topics such as co-parenting strategies, fostering a love of reading, supporting children with autism and ADHD, and navigating difficult conversations around depression and loss, the series provides accessible and relevant tools for all family dynamics.

Two bonus webinars are designed for students to participate with caregivers, offering engaging hands-on topics like building a bioactive terrarium and writing to celebrities. All sessions are recorded and made available for on-demand viewing throughout the school year, ensuring flexibility for busy family schedules.

“Families face a wide range of challenges at every stage of a child’s development,” said Christine Delaney, director of Social and Emotional Learning and Universal Prekindergarten at Queensbury UFSD. “This webinar series is designed to offer practical, compassionate tools for all caregivers and help families build stronger connections.”
