SchoolTool Parent Portal App

The SchoolTool Parent Portal mobile app allows parents/guardians to get assignments, grades and attendance information for all of their children instantly in one view. The SchoolTool mobile app can be download for Android and iOS/Apple. 

  • Once the app is downloaded, enter the following URL


  • Your username and password is the same as the one used for the Parent Portal website.

Parent accounts

To apply for an account, fill out the parent/guardian access request form (PDF). In order to protect the confidentiality of student records, all parents/guardians who want to use this service are required to fill out the application form and return it in person to any one of your student’s schools. For security purposes, a photo ID is required when you return the form. If you are unable to bring the form in, you may also choose to have the form notarized and sent to:

Once the information is verified and processed, you will receive notification via email that your account has been created. You will also receive a temporary password; your user name is your email address. After receiving your password, you will be able to log in to SchoolTool.

Student accounts

Students are given access using their network log in information. Students who do not have a network account need to fill out and return the Student Access and Release form.
