Queensbury schools offer children and staff a choice of well-balanced, nutritious meals each school day. Children who meet federal income guidelines may be eligible to receive full schools meals for free (snacks and a la carte items do not qualify under the program.)

To find out if your child is eligible for free school meals and to apply for the benefit:

• Apply online: Watch the video guide below for step-by-step instructions and complete an application online by clicking here.

• Apply by paper: A paper application is included in the annual district-wide events calendar mailed to student households in August. If you did not receive the paper application, please send email by clicking here.

Note: Applying online is the preferred way to submit an application. For each new school year, one application must be filed per household listing all the students that reside in that household.

• Two people: $986

• 3 people $1,243

• 4 people $1,500

• 5 people $1,757

• 6 people $2,014
