About 107 fifth graders from William H. Barton Intermediate School ran in the annual Turkey Trot on Tuesday, Nov. 4. Mrs. Bailey’s class won the coveted Turkey Trot trophy this year. Lucas Soprano and Alexa Thomson both took home a turkey for winning the race. Alexa also won the first-place turkey last year in fourth grade.
