Thirteen Queensbury High School students were named Students of the Quarter during a breakfast ceremony on Thursday, Feb. 12.

Student of the Quarter recognizes students for their character as well as their academic success.

Principal Andrew Snide commended the students for working hard in their classes, supporting their peers, and showing kindness and character.

“It’s not just their academic excellence. It’s not their GPAs,” said Principal Andrew Snide. “It really is who they are as a person, what they bring to the classroom, the culture and environment that they provide for the other students in the room, not just for the students, but for the teacher.”
